I’m not sure I agree with everything she mentions, but the great part about books like this is that you don’t have to apply everything to your own lifestyle.

A lot of this stuff isn’t shocking to me, as I have been buying and eating healthy for the past 20 years, but I do like how she breaks things down into doable habit forming changes.
